ThermaCare is a band of soft and comfortable material with special patented cells containing natural ingredients (iron, carbon, salt and water) that develop heat upon contact with oxygen in the air. When applied for 8 hours, the constant heat of ThermaCare provides prolonged pain relief for up to 16 hours.

How to use

Do not use in the following cases:- if the contents of the cells leak and/or the band is damaged- with medicated creams or ointments, plasters or other heat sources- on scratched or grazed skin- on Bruises and swelling that have appeared within the last 48 hours - on areas of the body that are insensitive to heat - by people who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product on their own, including children and elderly people who are not self-sufficient. Ask your doctor's advice before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and pregnancy. Instructions for use: - Open the package when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Place on the painful area with the darker part of the cells facing the skin and fasten the band. If you are over 55 years of age, wear ThermaCare over a thin piece of clothing (fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend wearing ThermaCare for 8 hours. The product can be disposed of hot or cold in normal household waste.
